You can cancel your order before we confirm that it has shipped.

If your order has already shipped, we might not be able to cancel it. If you want to cancel products like computer accessories, gaming keyboards or laptop coolers, please contact our customer support team.

We will process refunds for orders after we approve your cancellation request. This may take a business day, depending on how you paid.

Swift Peripherals can cancel your order if:

• The product is not available
• There is a mistake in the price
• We have issues with your payment
• The transaction looks suspicious
