1. General Information
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing and shipment may be delayed by a few days. Delivery times may also be extended depending on transit. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
4. Damages
Swift Peripherals is responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please record a video of the unboxing and send it to us at swiftcomputerperipherals@gmail.com so we can assist you promptly.
